A mint un used tin Civil War southern mansion. It was made by the new Marx Toy Company in the 1990's for inclusion in a planed reissue Marx civil war playset which never took place. The art work is copied from the original Marx Blue&Gray playset piece of the 1950's, it is a true 2 story building and was made to be able to use the original mold for the plastic porch to fit into it.

The building is high quality tin 15" long X 9" high X 5 wide. Porch is a reissue and tough to find. Includes two tin flags a Union and a Confederate and we are including a (1) Marx reissue flag pole with base.
